MotherGround
What's the story?
MotherGround is a gentle, guided movement and connection space for mothers.
No need to perform or keep up with any steps - just room to move as we are, breathe a little deeper, share a cup of tea, and be held in good company.
Babes up to 2 years old (+-) are welcome to join and move alongside us.
If you’re unsure whether this space will work for you and your little one, feel free to reach out here and we can schedule a little chat.
Who is guiding the session?
Hello, I’m Charlie Kesem - mama to a sweet and lively three year old, storyteller and creative facilitator.
You can read more about me on my homepage, and you’re welcome to wander around the site to get a feel for my work.
After giving birth, my body took many months to recover and heal. I longed for a space where I could move gently, in the company of other mums, without pressure or intensity - and I couldn’t find one.
So now I’m creating the space that I so very much needed, and I hope you’ll feel welcome and nourished at MotherGround.
